Little Paws Academy – Puppy Pre-School Terms & Conditions

1. Class Requirements

  • Puppies must be between 8 to 16 weeks old at the start of the course.
  • All puppies must have had at least their first vaccination (proof will be required).
  • All puppies must be up-to-date with an all-wormer & flea treatment (let us know if your not sure)
  • Owners are responsible for bringing their puppy on a secure collar and lead (no retractable leads please).

2. Attendance & Cancellations

  • The course runs for 4 consecutive weeks, with 1-hour sessions each week.
  • If you cannot attend a session, please send us a courtesy SMS or e-mail.
  • No refunds or reschedules will be provided.
  • If the class is cancelled by Little Paws Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor illness), a makeup session will be arranged.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment of $160.00 is required to secure your place in the class.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Little Paws Academy cancels the entire course.
  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

4. Health & Safety

  • Puppies showing signs of illness (e.g., coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea) should not attend class. If unsure, consult your vet before attending.
  • Owners are responsible for their puppy’s behaviour and actions at all times.
  • Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. If a puppy poses a safety risk, they may be asked to leave the course without a refund.

5. Liability & Responsibility

  • Owners acknowledge that participation in puppy training involves some level of risk.
  • Little Paws Academy and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of attending the course.
  • Owners must follow the instructor’s guidance to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not want your puppy featured in any media, please inform us before the first session.

7. Agreement

By confirming your registration and attending the course, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
